A Different Kind of Travel Planning

I’m not a booking engine.

I’m not a call center.

And you won’t be handed off to a different person every time you have a question.

I’m a private, concierge-style travel planner who intentionally takes on a limited number of full trips each year so every client receives thoughtful, personal attention from start to finish.

From the first idea to after you come home, I’m with you, helping you feel prepared, confident, and taken care of.

Once you leave, I become your travel advocate. I keep an eye on things and step in when needed so you’re not handling issues alone. Planning is only half my job making sure your trip stays on track is the other half, and when travel throws a curveball, that’s where I’m most valuable.

I’ve personally traveled to many of the places my clients want to go, you’re not getting recycled internet advice, you’re getting lived experience.

The Process

  • Inquiry

    You begin by filling out a short questionnaire so I can understand where you want to go, your travel style, pacing preferences, and priorities.

  • Planning Agreement

    After reviewing your inquiry, I’ll send over my terms and conditions along with an invoice for the planning fee. Once the agreement is signed and the fee is completed, we schedule our call.

  • Discovery Call

    We talk through your trip ideas, clarify details, and make sure we’re a good fit. This is where your trip starts to become real.

  • Custom Itinerary Design

    I begin building your trip, routing, pacing, logistics, and experiences designed around you, not a template. You receive your first itinerary draft and we refine it together until it feels right.

  • Booking & Deposits

    Once everything looks perfect, we secure the reservations. You place deposits and can make payments over time, with final payment typically due about 90 days before departure.

  • Pre-Departure Preparation

    Before you leave, you’ll receive confirmations, timelines, entry requirements, travel tips, and the small details that prevent stress.

  • During Travel Support

    I remain available while you travel if something comes up or if you just want reassurance you’re doing it right.

  • After You Return

    I love hearing how it went and I keep notes so your next trip becomes even more personalized.
